- Mix the first 5 (dry)ingredients in a bowl, set aside
- Mix the next 4 (wet) ingredients: buttermilk, eggs, sugar, and butter together and whisk until blended.
- Add, the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Heat up the skillet and set on medium heat, add the butter until melted.
- Scoop approximately 1/3 c into the skillet.
- Let pancake cook approximately 1-2 mins on each side, or until you see bubbles form at the top of the pancakes, then flip and cook on the other side until golden. The cooking time can vary depending on how thick your pancake is.
